PROGRAM INFORMATION

More information

Grassland biomes are unaltered areas of land where grass is the dominant plant life, as opposed to other terrestrial biomes where trees occupy most of the land surface. They are inhabited by grazing mammals, ground-nesting birds, insects, and a few species of reptiles. This title will allow students to learn more about the animals that live there and how human exploitation of this biome has endangered many of them.
