In Canada, activists and harm reduction advocates are organizing to resist closure of overdose prevention sites across the province of Ontario. We hear from Nick Boyce with the Canadian Drug Policy Coalition, Michael Parkinson with the Drug Strategy Network ofOntario, Michael Brennan with Pozitive Pathways, Doctor Julie Samson with Timmins and District Hospital, and Amber Fritz with Rseau ACCESS Network. Meanwhile in the United States, a bill is making its way through the Colorado Legislature to allow municipalities to authorize the opening of safe consumption sites.
