Transmuting with the Violet Flame

By the grace of attending a virtual class on Creating with the Seven Mighty Elohim, I recently became more familiar with the Violet Transmuting Flame -- a spiritual tool that has the power to turn many things and situations around. br I was flabbergasted last Saturday to read a short paragraph that exactly describes how I felt after using the Violet Flame for three days, br In a very short time, if It is persistently and consistently called into action at least three times a day, the one so using It will begin to feel a much lighter atmosphere about her/him and many distressing conditions of body, mind, affairs and association will adjust themselves, and those annoyances will fall away as if they had never been. br Hence my desire to share with all of you this coming Thursday!

Shedding a skin, or possibly two

In the northern hemisphere, spring is upon us, or perhaps, more aptly, within us. It is a time of rejuvenation, a time of of getting out of our shell, and starting something anew. br Somehow the idea of shedding a skin (or two) feels right, regardless of what 'skin' may mean to us: a new departure, leaving something--an activity, a business person, a companion--behind, or jumping into the unknown. Looking forward and upward to what might bring us greater joy and passion. br This is what spring is about, certainly in my case, and I will be happy to share some of this movement on Thursday with you. br See you soon, folks!

Change Starts With Us 'nothing new but good topic to revisit'

The idea of revisiting the theme of change in our lives came from the movie we watched yesterday at the Pacific Science Center: Zootopia. Change starts with us were the words of ZPD officer Judy Hopps as she addressed the graduating promotion of police officers, which included her partner in goodchief, Nick the Fox. We know change is a constant in our lives. It is present every day of our lives and it signifies growth. Here is what Eliza Ayres had to say in her latest blogpost, which beautifully dovetails with the ideas I had. The “team” who is still resisting change and stubbornly clinging to the old way will find ways to test the boundaries of those who are stepping free of the matrix. This is also a test for those who are making the shift from one energy level to another. What arrives in your life is both a test and an opportunity to continue to clear the energies that are coming up for you as experience. I love it, and can attest to the testing in progress.

Teaming Up with Anger and Its Transmuting Power

For the Sake of Our Spiritual Independence!

I was at a loss as to what theme to address this coming Thursday. Then yesterday, we visited the Pacific Science Center and watched a beautiful documentary from BBC Earth. br It highlighted the story of courage and resilience of two small beings fighting for their very survival in a northern American forest and the Arizonian desert. A lovely chipmunk and a tiny mouse. br After many trials and tribulations, the tiny rodent found her way back home and had an opportunity to get reunited with her siblings. While facing the prospect of a cozy home and secure food, she thought for a second, turned around and decided to embrace her hard-won independence with her whole Heart. br May she be blessed for the wonderful example she's offering us on the Path. And may we garner the utter courage and determination we need to fully engage with the spiritual meanders that won't fail to pop in and out! br See you on Thursday, independent folks!

Aiming for Inner Fortitude

In these times of change, tumult and possibly chaos, the first words that came to me while envisioning the show are, Achieving Inner Peace; influenced that I was after watching episode 2 of Kung Fu Panda. br Come to feel of it, Fortitude might be just as important and possibly more apt. Moving into the Heart and Loosening the Mind's Grip

I recently experienced two small moments of bliss; one inner, heart-induced; the other one external, mind-driven and sports-related. br The heart-induced occurrence was mild and very gentle; the mind-driven was noisy and all-consuming. br Simultaneously,I came upon this lovely channeled message where Mary Magdalene addresses the issue of the Divine Masculine supporting the Divine Feminine. My experience and Mary Magdalene’s words seem to come together so harmoniously that I want to share this bit of my journey with you. br It begins with understanding the necessity, value and importance of the Feminine. This is a healing process in your world because the Feminine has been greatly devalued. For this healing to occur, your world must come out of the place where so much has been confined to the mind, which is the Masculine. For some of you, this is easier. For some, this is harder. Knowing most of you have received tremendous training and enculturation to live in and from your mind.

Reflecting upon one year of 'cave exploration'

Spelunking is not an easy word to understand for those of us whose mother tongue is not English. As I was explaining the meaning of spelunking to a friend in Sweden, she exclaimed, br Oh, you are a cave man! br To which I responded, br Yes, I am, and I am encouraging people to explore caves as well; that is, their own caves! br Please join me as I reflect upon one year of cave exploration! br In my opinion, it is not so much a question of what we have explored--or possibly achieved--thus far, but rather a challenge as to how can we go deeper!? br Happy New Year!

How the Grinch didn't steal the spirit of Christmas

A Heart purpose. Once he realized Christmas wasn't coming from a store, his realization granted him a change of Heart, or a Heart growth, if you wish. Three times the size of his original, tiny Heart. br And the Grinch then graced us with Christmas.... br Let's gather together on New Year's eve in order to share Spirit and all that goes along with It. br As a bumper sticker that I saw last Thursday says, Grace happens.

Achieving a Change of Heart

A combination of masculine and feminine energies in this week's show title. Following up on my insight from last week about the limitations of our Heart, which one can construe as dark forces or negative emotions, I prefer to look at the turn around that anyone of us is called to do, or achieve, at some point(s) on her his spiritual path. We regularly meet people who push our hot buttons and often wonder why they come into our lives; do they carry a message for us, or are they asking us to do any kind of inner work? The answers will certainly vary for anyone of us--what really matters is that we look at the mayhem they generate within us and sign what I would call an inner Victory. Knowing that looking within, and refraining to respond with anger, represent the first signs of this inner Victory. See you on Thursday, spiritual folks!

Looking through the Eye of the Sacred Feminine

Watching the second part or sequel to Despicable, the Minions movie, made me think something was amiss. br It didn't have the same appeal as the first one. br In fact, there wasn't a glimpse of heart, a glimpse of the Sacred Feminine, as opposed to the beautiful change of Heart we saw in the first episode. br Which made me realize that there is a way to incorporate or look through the Eye of the Feminine - the Sacred Feminine. br How would we do that? br How do we marry the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine in order to achieve a beautiful balance of energies? br Please come visit December 3rd if you are interested in this explorative discussion.
