Episode 18. The first new podcast from Angry Dave in over a year. The new Angry Dave Podcast, which is political in nature. Our first guest is Danielle Davies, the Democratic candidate for Cape May County Freeholder. She's a gamer. Win or or lose, her influence is here to stay.

Episode 17.0. My brother-in-law Toddie B stops by in the middle of our McCarty family reunion and tells stories. Todd is a family favorite in the story telling department. We talk about lost dogs, southern accents, Bob Newhart and Eyeore. And Todd tells his favorite story.

Episode 16.0. My old friend Bob stops by and we talk about boobs, bears, boots, beer and Belleplain State Forest.

Episode 15.0. Elise and I talk about brittle, the Heathers, Christmas, and the shitty weather.

Episode 14.0. Artist and Vlogger David Macomber stops by for a chat. We talk a lot about art, photography, being creative and the struggle to do it all. This is a long one. 2:26. I really need to start setting an alarm.

Episode 13.0. Had a grandson christening on Sunday. Work and hungover on Monday. Sick on Tuesday (non-related). So, just got to Bill Horin. On top of which, I originally and incorrectly, pitched this as Episode 12, which it's not, because I already did Episode 12. Bill Horin is actually Episode 13. Lucky 13. Bill and I talk about his inauspicious start as a photographer for the Army, getting drafted, early work in journalism, and WAY too much time talking about gear.

Episode 12.0. Elise and I discuss getting injured, the difficulties of getting older, Thanksgiving, and unnecessary hiking attire. NOTE: The original audio was screwed up, I'm not sure how, and also cut off at the end! It's been fixed. I can't believe no one mentioned it.

Episode 11.0. Angry Dave interviews legendary guitar player Ed Dobbs and they talk about music, being a professional musician in a shore town, and amps that go to eleven. Not really, but since this is episode eleven and we were talking to a guitar player, we couldn't really let that go could we?

Episode 10. When I despair I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it. Always.

Episode 9.0. You're So Cool. In which I get incdreibly lazy and just rely on a series of movie monologues. On the other hand, it will be highly entertaining.

Episode 8.0. In which my last remaining Uncle, Alan Newell McCarty comes to visit and tell stories. When I was a kid, we knew him as Alan, but at some point in his adult life, he decided to go by Newell. Alan is 67 and my father's youngest brother. This is a long one; over three hours. Since so much of it is a retelling of Alan's life, I didn't really edit it. Even the parts where I make no sense. So sit back and enjoy some Irish storytelling.

Episode 7.0. In which Mike DeWald stops by and we talk about his near death experience. Also Ricky Gentek, my stepson, stops by and we talk about possibly doing a Kickstarter Campaign to raise funds for his next album.

Episode 6.0. In which Elise comes back, we listen to my favorite new song, Son Of A Bitch, discuss handicapped parking quotas, fifth grade disciplinary techniques, the pleasures of scrapple with Michael Kelly, and finally, vocal fry.

Episode 5.0. Sorry I was late getting this out. Got caught up with life. It happens. No Elise on this one. But Andy called in again and we were finally joined by Michael Kelly who had a very interesting story about Joe Pesci. You’ll forgive the edit, I didn’t have time to go back and record a better intro for him. He did call about an hour late, to be fair.

Episode 4.0. Elise and I tried something new and took a random caller which turned out to be our friend Andy Miller. We covered a wide range of topics but didn’t get to even half of my intended list. Nurses. Eagles. Ahmed. Pork Roll. You know. Enjoy the podcast. See you next week. Tell a friend.
