He dedicates countless hours to youth in the community providing them with a positive role model, spiritual mentor and civic advisor. In 2002, he co-founded a non-profit organization "The Next Level of the Triad", inspiring youth ages 12-18 to achieve success on the next level spiritually, intellectually, and academically.
