DJ Franco Maltese, pure Italian, 36 years old, starts looking into DJing in 1987, when he is 13 years old. Smash hits like Pump Up The Volume (MARRS) and Musique Non Stop (Kraftwerk) influence Franco's way of understanding House Music.
In early 1988, motivated by Tyree Cooper's Hip House Phenomenon, Franco Maltese starts in a little Radio Station in his home town Bolzano and there he has his first experiences with mixer and turntables.
