About INDI 101.5 FM
The New Spirit of Radio
There are two types of licenses granted to campus radio stations in English speaking Canada - community based campus and instructional campus. INDI 101 sounds more commercial than a community based campus station located on a university campus. INDI 101 is still expected to give access to members of the community who are underserved by commercial media. Additionally, 25% of the on air programming of an instructional station must consist of spoken word.
