- Last Friday, Oct. 15th, an e-mail was released by an Arizona Sherrif sent to him by DHS warning him that the drug cartels were plannin to take over a section of Arizona for their drug trade - and then all they did was to put up 15 signs warning US citizens of the danger.

- President Obama is calling for Congress to award 66,000 African American farmers, or those who attmpted to farm, who claim they were discriminated against by the USDA $1.25 billion. Oh, and these are people who still haven't filed a claim, even thought the deadline to file the claim was Oct. 12, 1999 - eleven years ago!

- Open Line - Discussed the Reed/Angles debate, the national debt and deficit spending, the new 1099 bill that Harry Reed hid in the health care bill, and regulating our military.

- A federal judge overturned the Don't Ask Don't Tell law saying homosexuals should be able to serve openly. This is a complete violatiion of the Constitutional seperation of powers and her decision should be overturned.

- Discussion of several news headlines - the miners in Chile, new polls, debates, the trade deficit, etc. - Twice as much taxpayer money is being used to fight AIDS/HIV around the world than all other diseases combined.

- Is government wasting our tax dollars. We show where stimulus, as well as grants from the various departments, are being spent.

- Discussion on the Chilean miners finally being able to get out to the mine ater 69 day captivity. - We are holding in our local, state, and federal prisons up to 450,000 criminals who are illegal immigrants - at the tune of almot $19,000,000 per day. Wouldn't it be much less expensive to stop them at the border?

- In May of this year the courts required the administration to lift the ban on shallow water drilling for oil. They pulled the ban, but have only issued 6 permits in the past 6 months. This will close down the existing wells and send the companies to other countries, causing even a greater reliance on foreign oil. - Are we seeing regulation without representation? Last year bureaucrats passed over 3500 rules and regulations costing over $1.7 tillion - and congress reviews less than 1% of...

- In New York they are requiring all restraunts to show the nutritional information on all food they sell. This is something the Obama Adminstration has been wanting to do. Should government, at any level, be able to require this?

- The EPA is proposing a new regulation to control even more dust and reduce the allowed particle unit in the air to half of what it currently is. If than is pushed through it could completely close down our cattle and agriculture business in the country.

- With the elections getting closer a new poll was released that shows, for the first time since they started the poll, that there are more self-identified conservatives than any other catagory voting in the November 2 election. What will that mean?

- OPEN LINE - Discussion included legalization of drugs, education, health care, and transportation.
