An anonymous letter was sent to the State of Michigan, informing them of where the remains of the 11 infants were hidden in a makeshift ceiling. Cantrell funeral home was shut down by the state of Michigan, for deplorable conditions and for storing the remains of decomposed bodies in a garage.
