Celebrating the life of David Honeyboy Edwards who died on August 29, 2011 at the age of 96. Les Copeland, who resides in Vernon, B.C. and became a close friend and tourmate with Honeyboy, gave an excellent interview with insights on the dignity and historical importance of Honeyboy and his work. Edwards was the last living link to the very beginnings of The Mississippi Delta Blues. A contemporary of Robert Johnson, Charlie Patton and Big Joe Williams among all the giants. A sad loss.
