In this week's episode we hear from Dr David Hughes, the man leading the Australian Olympic Team's medical team at the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio, who has also been keeping busy with a very important running injury study, led by himself and his team at the Australian Institute of Sport.

Shortly after finally bagging an 800m Olympic Qualifier (2:01:27, required 2:01.50), Robbo caught up with Selma Kajan to get her reaction and thoughts on running in Rio.
