Yes we're back again for another Podcast episode of you know what, and hosted by you know who.Bloody hell i'm having a hard time dealing with this snow right now.Why only a few days ago i almost got my car stuck on my own street. Luckly i was able to navigate my car around all that mess. What i would'nt give just to be on the beach right about now in the hot sun and sandy beaches.Our Keyboard Player from the band just took of to Jamaica for a couple of weeks. Imagine my suprise when i turned on the news a few days ago to see this Truckers convoy farce.I was driving on the highway a few days ago and noticed a bunch of people standing on the overpass with the Canadian flag and signs of Freedom etc .Now i figured that this was something serious because i saw another crowd of people on an overpass in Mississauga doing the exact same thing and there were a bunch of police cruisers there also. Now when i turned on the news i'm watching some of these truckers talking about their freedom etc and then i find out its about the mandate for Truckers to get vaccinated .Now mandates are already in play in the states so these brainless imbeceles are going to be screwed because they would'nt be allowed across the border without getting the vaccine. So the way i see it ,these morons are driving for the freedom to potentially infect other people because of their non vaccinated status.Personally if these assholes catch the virus they should just stay home and isolate and not bother to go to the hospital and have the doctors and nurses treat their stupid dumb asses. Well its was a cold blustery wintery Sunday Morning earlier ,but now that i look outside the window, i see the sun trying to coming out . Personally i just don't want a repeat performance of last Mondays debacle where there was 40cm of snow overnight .That was bloody blue murder and i can't understand anybody in their right mind would even attempt to drive out in it .It was pretty dodgy driving out yesterday evening when there was that bit of snow fall then .I had visions of being stuck out in that .So let me get of whining about the snow and change the subject. Well Here we are back again bringing you more Cutting edge Music coming from yours truly aka The Ever Friendly Host .I'v been so immersed in Music of late ,why i just recently purchased a CD by Saxophonist Kenny Garret titled "Sounds From The Ancestors" after hearing "When The Days Were Different" which is one of the tracks that was featured on the CD on the radio .Its a very positive uplifting track. Everytime i hear it i do my crazy dance in the car while i'm driving .I also purchased a Synthesizer Keyboard a Roland XP10 which is a more retro older type Keyboard .I tend to vear towards the older Synths just because i love the classic sounds and this one has great Presets ,but enough of me nerding out and talking about gear. Hello again and welcome to another Podcast Episode on this cloudy miserable Sunday afternoon hosted by yours truly.Crazy set of circumstances on the highways this week .Especially on the QEW on Thursday where i got stuck in traffic for about 3 and a half hours due to some accident caused by a police cruiser of all things.I remember it being mid afternoon when i got onto the QEW and about 9 pm when i arrived home.Seems like the drivers are getting even more careless nowadays no i'll rephrase that more crazier .But on a good note i did recieve an acknowledgement from Michelle Obama on her facebook page this afternoon .Its the Obamas wedding anniversary so i kindly left a comment on her page .I happened to mention that the Obamas are a beautiful couple which they are so best wishes to them on their anniversary.Also i have to mention my boys LMT Connection ,i'v been wanting to go and see them at their latest gigs man but this covid thing has me a bit spooked at the moment .I am super cautious at present but we shall se in the future.In the meantime if you have any questions that you want to relay to me about Music, Instruments ,Recording ,Production etc ,then fire away .I'll be only too glad to answer them .I'll talk all day about Gear ,Instruments ,& Making Music . Hello and welcome back again to another Podcast episode .So hows everybody doing ,how was everybodies week? do you feel good ? I can tell you that i had an experience on the drive back home last Friday while listening to the radio.I was listening to Jazz FM while driving ,the DJ decided to play a Billy Cobham track from his Spectrum album which came out in 1974.It was the second track on the B side Stratus i believe it was titled.For those of you who are familiar ,you can imagine that drum solo at the start of the track .Soon as i heard that, i was fired up and started air drumming in the car.
