Airing since the birth of CKUT in 1987, Underground Sounds exists to support and promote the Canadian independent music scene with a special focus on Montreal. The show consists of music, live and prerecorded interviews, live sets, and a listing of upcoming shows in Montreal. This program strives to discover local bands that aren't getting any airtime on other radio stations; we also work with local events and festivals to further promote the Montreal music scene. This show plays every Monday 20:00-22:00.
