Improvers Daily Yoga consists of five different 15 minute yoga sessions devised to be used one a day in rotation. The practical and effective sessions use a wide variety of postures and techniques ideal for those with more yoga experience and will provide the many benefits a regular practice offers without taking up too much time. Improvers Daily Yoga is made up of five different practical 15 minute sessions that use a wide variety of techniques including held postures, mudras and a Sivananda style sun salutation. In each session the postures are introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with a different atmospheric background music track. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section. The sessions are devised and instructed by leading yoga teacher Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a yoga writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world since 1995.
