Seated Relaxations consists of two different guided relaxation sessions that have been devised to be followed whilst sitting in a comfortable chair. The first session runs for 20 minutes and the second runs for 25 minutes. Both sessions use clear, easy-to-follow expert guidance combined with subtle background music which creates a mood perfect for total relaxation. The sessions use simple breathing and relaxation techniques that create a state of clarity and a sense of physical well-being. The techniques will develop your ability to calm and still your mind, relax deeply and recharge physically and mentally.
