Yoga Vinyasas for Beginners is made up of three progressive 26 minute flowing yoga sessions suitable for those with a little yoga experience. Each session introduces an effective series of basic postures and then links them together using the breath to form a flowing posture sequence known as a vinyasa. Yoga vinyasa sessions move at a faster pace than normal classes and are a very effective way of building strength, shaping and toning all of the major muscle groups, reducing excess body fat and focusing and clearing the mind. Each practical and effective session uses clear, easy-to-follow expert instruction combined with a different atmospheric background music track to introduce and progress through basic flowing yoga techniques. The sessions are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller.
