I spoke with Shanti, a 15-year-old freshman who was just getting ready to publish her 13th book. Alice and I spoke about why creativity is so important to her, and what a difference it has made in her healing journey. She first found watercolor when she was diagnosed with cancer and took part in their art therapy program, and she has never looked back. Alice Wood is an assistant at Creative U Healing, helping out with things behind the scenes so that Larissa can do more to help other folks. Alice first got into watercolor painting following medical treatment several years ago, when she was offered art therapy as part of her recovery.
