We incorporate and dissolve limited companies, register company information, and make that information available to the public in the official government register of UK companies. There are more than 4 million companies registered in the UK, and over 500,000 new companies are incorporated each year. Our podcasts cover a range of subjects. These include talking to directors about their experiences of incorporating and running a company, and interviews with our staff members about topics that matter to you.
