In this episode of Entrepreneur Journeys, we explore the concept of a 6 Star Business. Aveline's "genius model" consists of three central concepts - Purpose, People, and Impact - each with three associated components. We also dive into the speaker's "corporate career-to-business owner" journey, including navigating "red tape to revamp the onboarding process", experiencing mistreatment from senior employees, and ultimately leaving the corporate world to start her own HR coaching business. Aveline also shares her journey with her 6 Star Business podcast to delve into what it means to be a "6 Star Business", focusing on Purpose, People, and Impact.
