We are joined by Eugene K. Pettis, the first African-American President of The Florida Bar, in a discussion on topics that include the importance of diversity and inclusion within bar leadership, some of the initiatives he spearheaded during his tenure as President of the Florida Bar, and a call to action for the future of bar leadership.

In this episode attorney Jack Kallus interviews attorney Michael D. Barber discusses how attorneys can use modern technology in their firms to increase efficiency and boost productivity. Michael will discuss a range of technologies that attorneys can implement including case management systems, cloud-based storage systems, and VOIP phone systems. Maria Pecoraro-McCorkle of the Fifth DCA also provides insight from the Florida courts about the importance of understanding the rules relating to technology and common errors with electronic filing and how to avoid them.
