Authorities say a passenger flying from Vancouver has been removed from a plane at Winnipeg's airport with a possible case of COVID-19. Global News says that passenger is a middle-aged woman who had recently been in China. She fell ill on WestJet flight 448 from Vancouver to Winnipeg.
