This week Alex meets up with Emmy award-winning producer, multi-instrumentalist, singer, director, videographer & teacher Frank G. of The ISH Productions in his NJ studio. Together the two dig deep into hip-hop as they discuss some of the critically acclaimed rappers & singers Frank has produced for from Raekwon, Method Man & Redman to Schoolboy Q, Cee-lo & more recently "Rhythm & Flow's" NJ-native Felisha George A.K.A. Queen now streaming on Netflix. Frank shares some new joints off Felisha's Must-Hear debut album "Wash Your Soul". Alex catches up with Dave Quisumbing, AKA DQ, at his condo about some big things going on his life like his brand-new food truck, Mr. Q's Island Eats which just opened this year and his secret Filipino hot sauce marinade Mr. Q's BBQ, hopefully in stores near you soon. They also get into some crossfit chat, which is a huge part of DQ's lifestyle and one of his biggest passions, working the bar in the clubs & DQ plays some K-Ci & JoJo for us live on piano. This week we have another musical episode when Alex meets up with his friend Pete AKA Staten Island rapper P Double to discuss his new project titled "Crossroads" (Out Now).
