When OJ was declared not guilty of murdering Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman, it was not the resolution many expected; Much of the evidence heard in the case was hand picked to convict, but many other items of evidence were left out of the presentations for both defence and prosecution, evidence which would have exonerated ‘The Juice’. It was one of the first real ‘show trials’, and spawned a mini-industry of its’ own, but if the evidence Brian and Pat present is accurate, why was it left out? The conversati0on ranges around the LAPD’s Scientific Investigation Division which was in charge of all of the DNA evidence, much of which, without even the advances in technology, were questionable as evidence due to sloppy techniques and storage. He became one of the founders of the Ocean Medical Investigative Group in 1996 with his brother, the Chairman, Dr. Henry s. Johnson, of Los Angeles, CA. He produced a compelling documentary in 2004 that screened in several national and international film festivals entitled "Serpents Rising" which chronicled the due diligence of the investigative team examining irregularities associated with the OJ Simpson case. The investigators found evidence of virulent fraud in the OJ Simpson murder trial and the subsequent civil trial based on concealed evidence intentionally hidden from both juries. He came back in 2011 to author an analysis of the case from his personal investigative files in his book "PURSUIT OF EXHIBIT 35 in the OJ Simpson Murder Trial". T.H. is also the author of an autobiographical account of L. Hortense Long entitled "Lilac Journey: Biography of a Gangster Girl". Johnson attributes any ability he may have as a thorough investigator to his father, Dr. Thomas H. Johnson, Jr., who had at one time the largest private medical practice in Minnesota. The late Dr. Johnson, according to his namesake, was one of the best plaintiff doctors to testify in personal injury cases and won over 90% of the cases he testified in as a medical doctor. "My father was cool, calm, and collected but believed in being consummately thorough in his analysis, and taught my brother and I to be the same when conducting an examination of anything". "I dropped out of my pre-med courses but both my brothers continued on with theirs, with one of my brother, Henry, going on to become a medical doctor himself with that same consciousness as our father". "What they got away with regarding malfeasance via suppression of evidence in the Simpson case was shoddy, and the case was put into our hands in late 1996 starting with the irregularities found in the autopsy reports on both murdered victims". Jeremy Kuzmarov - Warmonger - How Clinton's Malign Foreign Policy Launched the US Trajectory from Bush II to Biden November 17 During the 2016 presidential election, many younger voters repudiated Hillary Clinton because of her husband's support for mass incarceration, banking deregulation and free-trade agreements that led many U.S. jobs to be shipped overseas. Warmonger: How Clinton's Malign Foreign Policy Launched the Trajectory from Bush II to Biden, shows that Clinton's foreign policy was just as bad as his domestic policy. Cultivating an image as a former anti-Vietnam War activist to win over the aging hippie set in his early years, as president, Clinton bombed six countries and, by the end of his first term, had committed U.S. troops to 25 separate military operations, compared to 17 in Ronald Reagan's two terms. Clinton further expanded America's covert empire of overseas surveillance outposts and spying and increased the budget for intelligence spending and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a CIA offshoot which promoted regime change in foreign nations. The latter was not surprising because, according to CIA operative Cord Meyer Jr., Clinton had been recruited into the CIA while a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, and as Governor of Arkansas in the 1980s he had allowed clandestine arms and drug flights to Nicaraguan counter-revolutionaries (Contras) backed by the CIA to be taken from Mena Airport in the western part of the state. Rather than being a time of tranquility when the U.S. failed to pay attention to the gathering storm of terrorism, as New York Times columnist David Brooks frames it, the Clinton presidency saw rising tensions among the U.S., China and Russia because of Clinton's malign foreign policies, and U.S. complicity in terrorist acts. In so many ways, Clinton's presidency set the groundwork for the disasters that were to follow under Bush II, Obama, Trump, and Biden. It was Clinton--building off of Reagan--who first waged a War on Terror ridden with double standards, one that adopted terror tactics, including extraordinary rendition, bombing and the use of drones. It was Clinton who cried wolf about human rights abuses and the need to protect beleaguered peoples from genocide to justify military intervention in a post-Cold War age. And it was Clinton's administration that pressed for regime change in Iraq and raised public alarm about the mythic WMDs--all while relying on fancy new military technologies and private military contractors to distance US shady military interventions from the public to limit dissent.
