He is now 34 with a net worth of roughly 950k and has taken zero loans to buy anything besides mortgages. Reese made all the silly mistakes as a new teacher such as opening a 403b with Equitable but learned from being burned. From then, he made finances his passion. Reese and his wife and alternated their educational pursuits leading to her just finishing her doctorate and Reese working to finish his masters. Reese sayings staying out of debt is a must for middle income earners. In his experiences working with nurses, teachers, military members and many more, the biggest issue being 2 things: Cars and eating out. Life is challenging and to short, but with the right plan and mindset, it can absolutely be rewarding and prosperous.
