Renting an Apartment in New York

Education Podcasts >

When I moved to New York years ago, I had no clue about the complexity that renting an apartment in New York City comes with. Broker Fees? Convertible? Guarantor? There's a High Season? Obsessed with this, I actually ended up becoming a Real Estate Agent, and later the CEO of a Real Estate/Tech company. Because of this, I understand both worlds perfectly. I've been where you are now, and I understand how Real Estate Agents think. So I created this podcast for those of those who are as clueless as I was when I initially came to The Big Apple - hoping to make my mark in guiding people in finding their place more easily. In it, you can expect to find all documentation needed, answer to questions about guarantors, broker fees, types of buildings to rent in, etc Everything you need to know to rent an apartment in New York City
