It's not enough to simply "sweat" anymore to get healthy. The model that's been pursued over the past decade is that if you're just "active" you'll get the body you want. Or you'll correct what's been "unhealthy" simply because you "will it" to be better by going to the gym and overlooking bad diets, crappy lifestyle, poor impulse behavior, and so on.
