When thinking about someone's worth, what do we think of? Money, Assets, Cars ... when I think if worth, I think of much more than that. I think value, compassion, empathy and other types of things. What are you worth? What value do you bring to the table? There is a little exercise in this podcast that may help you!
What am I thankful for? Will I have a plan for the holiday festivities tomorrow? Will I be mindful? Will I forgive myself if I am not? Negative Self Talk can be such a detriment to all aspects of life. Arm yourself with the positive things that you are doing or have done to be able to combat those negative demons you have rummaging through your head.
Attitude and Effort Matter ... A LOT. I am headed down to Virginia for a week and wanted to catch up with you before I head out because this was on my mind ... these two words, Effort and Attitude go hand and hand and work together but also can pull from each other as well so, keep your head up and keep grinding!
