MyNetDiary - app I don't eat sugar / sweet Home made bread, rarely 65% calories from FAT 23% from protein 2,202 calories per day I don't eat nearly as much protein as I thought I did Seeing the numbers helps me edit my intake because I want to "win" LOL Understand the limitations of my time in the day and when I can eat, thus prepare for long spans or long activity I edited my 11 year old recipe for my morning smoothie to drop the fat / carbs and thus up the protein % Seeing the calorie count helps you see that "you aren't really hungry" Talk to a coach to get your calorie intake numbers What is tracked and measured, gets attention! If you aren't hungry, don't eat.
