When you lose everything about you. Where do you even begin to start finding yourself again. Trauma changes you. It changes how you see the world. Unless you want to stay in that stage, you have to start moving, even if it’s just a step. My first step- journaling. Making a record of everything thing and writing out what emotions I was truly feeling. I highly suggest journaling when you begin your journey!
