Welcome to my podcast. My name is Joané, and I am a health writer who focuses on PCOS/PCOD and women's health. My favourite topics include hormonal acne, weight loss, getting beautiful skin, eating healthy desserts, and managing symptoms related to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (also referred to as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).
