This triggers a storm inside—rage, isolation, and an almost desperate need to make others acknowledge our pain. But what happens when we finally stop waiting for external validation? What transforms when we begin to truly see ourselves? The real journey begins when we move beyond intellectually knowing we're enough to actually embodying this truth.
