Episode 106–I'm Back! (with a Special Guest!)

10/4/2023
That's right, ladies and gentlemen...I’m back! And this time I brought with me my best good friend, the always entertaining Matt Hazard! I can’t even begin to explain how awesome it feels to be back. I’m beyond grateful to have this opportunity to help the listeners of this show navigate the complexities and possibilities of life's second half (and even help you with your travel plans)! Tune in each week as I share how practicing intentional and mindful living over the last ten years has helped me navigate the trials, tribulations, and successes of my own midlife crisis. Being more intentional and mindful has helped me process my ruminating thoughts, anxiety, and stress in a much healthier way by reducing my emotional reactivity and impulsive behavior, which in turn has helped me improve my relationships and communication with others as well as be more consistent, disciplined, patient, and productive in meeting my goals.
