Living with Loving Awareness means we don't feel we are *in* the forest. We feel that we *are* the forest. By losing our sense of separateness, we lose our fear of rejection, isolation, and failure. In the modern world, we are disconnected from our natural sense of connection. The modern world disconnects us from the present moment, from our bodies, our minds, from others, and from nature. The true source of our suffering is our disconnection and separation from the global family of all living beings. The best way to reconnect is through meditation, especially group meditation.
