Self Inflicted Sickness

2/1/2025
I wasn’t eating the right things. I wasn’t covering my head because I was being vain and didn’t want to cover my waves. So here I am sick at the end of February and I was just sick in November with flu-like symptoms. Anyway I asked chat gpt about some of the stuff I was eating and got the following response. Showing I did it to myself. Per Chat GPT: “Drinking milk coffee with sugar in moderation is generally not harmful to the immune system for most people. However, if consumed in excess, certain factors might have a minor impact on immune function over time. 1. Sugar: High sugar intake can impair the immune system by reducing the effectiveness of white blood cells that fight off infection. Chronic high sugar consumption may contribute to inflammation and weight gain, both of which can affect immune health. 2. Caffeine: In moderate amounts, caffeine in coffee can actually provide some health benefits, like boosting alertness and concentration. However, excessive caffeine might interfere with sleep patterns, and poor sleep can negatively affect immune function. 3. Milk: Dairy can sometimes be inflammatory for people with certain sensitivities, but for most people, it’s unlikely to have a significant negative impact on the immune system. So, unless you’re drinking very large amounts of coffee or sugar regularly, the effect on your immune system should be minimal. Balance is key—enjoying coffee with a bit of sugar is fine for most people, but try not to overdo it!”
