Phovia is a two-part system released by Vetoquinol in 2021. As pyoderma has become more and more difficult to control, it is essential that we investigate alternative methods to antibiotics. Phovia has also been shown to be helpful for the management of perianal fistulas (a painful, difficult disease!). Learn about how Phovia works and the benefit of implementing its use in your practice. This episode is sponsored by Vetoquinol. References mentioned in the podcast episode: 1. Marchegiani A. 174. Keynote at Fetch KC (August 26!)

6/29/2023
I love lecturing... but this keynote will be very special to me. On August 26, I get to cross something off of my speaker bucket list: keynote presentation. Fetch has a special place in my heart. Kansas City has a special place in my heart as a Mizzou grad and an Air Force brat who was stationed an hour away for years. This topic will also have a special place in my heart as I discuss how this medical journey with our son has changed my perspective on caregiver burden and empathy toward clients. Check out this week's episode of The Derm Vet podcast to learn more about the keynote topic. I have a special code BOURGEOIS25 off your registration if you want to join me in KC!
