I love ballet, but not with the intent to compliment gymnastics. When you are looking for cross training to help your athletes, try to align the movements with the sport you are trying to improve. Ballet, as wonderful as it is, does not do that for gymnastics.
So try to eat 80%-90% healthy and you'll likely be able to maintain health and your ideal weight. The definition of healthy is eating foods from the produce, meat, and fish depts at the supermarket. That's fruits, vegetables, fish, and lean meats. And YES you CAN eat potatoes and yams!
