Brad and Denise say, "See you later." Unfortunately, with health and family life, we have to call it quits. We are not sure if this is forever or just a temporary thing. With Denise's Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and tendinitis in her body, she is finding it too hard to research and edit episodes. Then, with Brad having his attack last year and still struggling with his mental issues, perhaps dealing with true crime is not the best idea for now. We want to thank everyone who followed and gave amazing reviews, messages, and support. We love you so much. This is the hardest thing we had to do. We loved doing this so much. It gave Denise a purpose and Brad his podcasting dream. We hope that perhaps one day, we can come back, but health is up in the air. This is so hard and heartbreaking to do. In this episode, Brad talks about the story that had everyone in Canada glued to the TV and gripping with fear. Two teenagers by the name of Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky were on a murder spree between July 14th - July 19th, 2019. The police force were on the cross country manhunt. Spanning 4 provinces and 3200 kilometers there were many tips, but even still, the police were all over the place trying to track these boys down before they struck again. They were talented in their field of sports, and were on the up and up, slowly rising to stardom. Unfortunately with bodybuilding, steroids are used a lot and both had fallen victims to the use. With steroids, mood swings can appear and they did. Valentines Day 1995, was a day that Sally nor her kids will ever forget. It was the day that Ray met his demise by the hands of his wife, Sally. In this episode, Brad and Denise interview Patti McCracken about her book, The Angel Makers - Arsenic, a midwife, and modern history's most astonishing murder ring. OK if you know, you know. Denise never reads these types of books. This was a first for her, and she was hooked. This story drags you into the world of Suzannah “Auntie Suzy” Fazekas and the hard times that was daily life for these people in the villages in the early 1900s The story goes into a group of women who used arsenic as a means to deal with certain situations. If your husband was not up to standards, why not get rid of him? If you got pregnant and did want the child, why not get rid of the baby? Auntie Suzy had a plethora of knowledge to help you out with your family life. For good and for evil. She also would help you out if you didn't want her help. This is the story of Auntie Suzy and her helpers who went on to kill at least 162 people but that number could be far more. Just as you think the story is done, it keeps going with a twist at the end. In this episode, Brad goes into the very famous case of the Dyatlov Pass. Since he had so many questions, as do so many people out there, he wanted to bring up some concerns as to why this case is now so called solved. If you haven't heard of this case like Denise hasn't, living under her rock and all, let me tell you what the Dyatlov Pass is about. In 1959, 9 hikers went on a mission to gain their grade 3 certifications. During their excursion, tragedy hit, and all 9 people died. The problem was, there are so many questions about this event. Was it an avalanche, or was it something more sinister than that? Why did the government seal the case until 2019 and only allow 3 scenarios to play out? In this episode, Denise talks about Mark Nash, aka Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Mark Nash was the perpetrator of the Grangegorman murders in Dublin Ireland. He murdered 4 people in two separate attacks, and there was even a theory that he may have murdered another person, which we will go into later. In todays episode, Brad talks about the cold case of Irene Garza, who was a beautiful woman who had everything going for her. She went missing in 1960, and was later found murdered in McAllen Texas. In our 100th episode, Denise talks about one of Canadas most prolific killers, Dale Nelson, from our home province of Beautiful British Columbia. Dale Merle Nelson, who was from the small town of Creston, which is located in the Kootenays, went on a drinking binge with some LSD added to the mix and proceeded to go on a killing spree. In his murderous state, on September 5th, 1970, Dale murdered 8 people in two separate homes. unfortunately, the victims were mostly children. In this episode, Brad continues on with the story of 9/11. This time he switches into United 77 and United 93. United 77 was hijacked by 5 terrorists, but unfortunately it hit the Pentagon in Arlington Virginia. United 93 passengers bravely fought back against the hijackers, preventing the plane from reaching its intended target in Washington DC. The aircraft ultimately crashed in Pennsylvania. This is a tearful story and is still felt hard to this day. In this episode, Brad goes into details of the attack on the twin towers on September 11 2001 and the gruesome moments before they hit the twin towers and the terror of the people inside. When the World Trade Center Towers were struck by hijacked airplanes, the world changed. It was a tragic event that had significant global consequences, leading to increased measures and changes international relations. In this episode, Brad talks about Denmark's serial killer Peter Lundin. This is another case of the justice system failing the people. Not only did Peter move to the United States of America when he was a child, he killed his own mother just to avoid a haircut. When he was deported back to Denmark after he served some time in prison, he killed again, three times over. Who would they be? His girlfriend and her two children. Coming from Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, working at Dairy Queen, a man by the name of Paul Snider, helped this young woman grow to fame fast in 1978. In this episode, Denise talks about Lori Vallow Daybell who is known as a doomsday mom and also fittingly called a monster. In 2019, Lori Vallow , her brother Alex Cox and Chad Daybell committed the horrific murder of 16 year old Tylee Vallow, her 7 year old brother J.J Vallow, as well as Chads wife, Tammy Daybell. Those aren't the only deaths though. Lori and Chad were believers of the end of the world, and the evil spirits who lived in people were zombies roaming the earth. The only way to rid them if castings weren't successful, was to murder them. Was this murder to rid the people of so called zombies or was this just plain old murder so Lori and Chad could live their days alone without being tied down to anyone else and Alex just doing whatever his sister told him to do?
