This podcast is from my archives. The Jazz Organ Fellowship had plans to honor Melvin Rhyne in 2012 and I thought it was important to interview him and begin the process of publicizing this. I had spoken to him over the phone several times in the past but this particular recorded conversation was more revealing than others. I felt blessed to have become friends with Mel and was proud to bestow upon him our JOF Award.
