Dana Gargus received her degree in social work from UC Berkeley and has worked in a variety of state and local government settings over the years. She and her husband have been a part of the Bainbridge Island community for over 30 years and she has been the Kitsap County Regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman since 2011. Together with a team of volunteers, Dana advocates for the rights of all the 2,800 people who live in long-term care in Kitsap County.
