The eighth film by Quentin Tarantino! We dive deep into our feelings on the man himself and talk highlights of his cabin based mystery. Kohler changed his rating and Sam has feelings about 70mm film, enjoy!
Once upon a time on The Movie Zone, Sam argues for the editor and Kohler Kills the dragon saving the princess. This week the boys cast their gaze to Mr. Quentin Tarantino. The king of dialog and over the top comedic violence. Kohler and Sam don't often see eye to eye and the remains true for this fairy tale.
Folks do we have a treat for you! We go TARS deep into a black hole of awesome. It's finally time to talk Interstellar. Peanut butter and jelly, pen and paper, cookies and milk, and Nolan in space. It doesn't get better then this. Enjoy
You asked and you shall receive! It's Disney time and boy is it ever, Kohler doesn't shut up and Sam loves him some Arabian nights. How are these movies all so good?? Join us as we talk about it.
We overcompensate for our infrequent uploading schedule by posting the biggest episode yet. We talk the good, the bad, and the meh of Nolan's epic trilogy as well as our thoughts on other Batman-related media. Strap in folks.

Abracadabra! Yup we're back. Journey with us as we go to Limbo and back. Is it all dream? What happens to the man in the box? Is this peak Nolan? We're here to answer all your questions.
Put away the comic books folks, it's time to talk about some real sh*t. That's right, we're kicking off a five part series about the king himself, the daddy of non-linear timelines, Mr. Nolan. We also go on a tangent about Nazis for some reason.

It's time to summon that big Wick energy to talk about the greatest action franchise of all time that doesn't star Tom Cruise. We go over the entire "trilogy" in detail and why the latest chapter is the weakest of the bunch. We also do a post-mortem on Game of Thrones because we just can't help ourselves.

Now that we've talked about every Marvel movie ever, we turn our sights to the franchise that inspired it: Star Wars (don't worry, we're just doing one episode for now). We also share our thoughts on Game of Thrones S08E05 and how we actually kind of enjoyed it. We also introduce a new segment.
Game of Thrones spoilers until 00:12:33
THE END IS HERE!!! After a short hiatus we're back to conclude our epic, arguably-way-too-long MCU series by talking about an epic, arguably-way-too-long film. We also complain about the current season of Game of Thrones. Strap yourselves in folks, this is a big one.
Thanks to all those who joined us on our journey through 22 movies, and we hope you'll join us as we talk about more of our favorite movies in the coming weeks.
00:01:54 - Game of Thrones spoilers (up to S8E4)
The end is near. We finish up our countdown with the culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the film both of us agree is one of the best comic book movies ever made (if not THE best). It's not often both of us agree that a movie is 5 stars, so we hope you enjoy the positivity and circlejerking.
Next week it's onto ENDGAME!
🎵 It's the final countdownnnn 🎵
We're in the endgame to Endgame now, and we're kicking the week off talking about the two good-not-great solo movies that came out this past year.
We were originally going to release this with Infinity War but it would been a monster episode so we decided to split it up. Also we haven't recorded Infinity War yet. We'll do that and post it tomorrow probably.
Oh hey look at that, it's another week of March/April 2019 so it must be time for another heaping helping of pure Marvel goodness. This week we go over what may be the strongest run of solo MCU films yet. We also get into a debate over the quality of Thor: Ragnarok and if it's CGI and editing are up to par, as well as on whether Marisa Tomei was digitally de-aged.
We're back on the Marvel train with Phase 3 with one underrated movie, one overrated one, and one that is very appropriately rated. (But Kohler thinks they're all pretty overrated.)
