Br-e: Break Rules - Enjoy, music mixologist. Multi disciplinary skilled (vinyl, CD, all digital), but being a creative nerd nowadays all digital is his preference. Playing all digitally opens up new possibilities to bring music in your own specific way... Somewhere in 1984, around the age of 12, he started his first radio show from his attic room with listeners to the end of the street. From there it was a small step to school parties and the community center disco to make people happy and get dancing. At the age of 15 he became resident DJ in the local small discotheque and from the age of 17 in the big one, and turned there weekly until a year or five later. Study, a serious career and a relationship meant that he had to temporarily put his passion in the fridge. Fast forward till 2006: life changed, and old love does not rust. An unexpected encounter with another DJ let his passion for music awaken with a fire like never before. In 2012 he met Nova Caza, and from that moment on it went fast. What started with the idea to occasionally once again play a record led to the self-production of tracks, playing at small and large parties, festivals and what else may happen .... I'm back baby, and I'm not tired yet. Bookings: bookings@br-e.nl
