Republicans' disdain for democracy and fair elections reaches an appalling new level this week. In other news, I hurt myself from laughing at Bumping Mics and went back to Skyrim (until Smash Bros comes out).
I'm in kind of a bad mood this week so this episode is kinda short and fast. The Democrats disappoint progressives again, Stupid Watergate takes another hilarious turn, Netflix drops some big anime news, and I spoil Black Lightning and Red Dead Online a little bit.
Trump lands a sick burn on Twitter, "But her emails" takes a hilarious twist, the troops moonlight as political props, Monday Night Football shocked fans nationwide, and Fallout 76 disappointed fans nationwide. What a week.
Democrats win the house, Republicans win the Senate, and both sides are working on a bipartisan Trump 2020 effort. In lighter news, Fallout 76 is a lot better than I thought it would be, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a kinda slow, and there's a Breaking Bad movie coming out?
In the spirit of Halloween, I picked a spooky episode title to close out Spooky October. This episode I give my first official political endorsements (will keep score next week), discuss my take on Apu leaving the Simpsons, and talk about my issues with Red Dead Redemption 2.
There's a domestic terrorist sending bombs but right-wing nonsense still dominates the news thanks to the hack gap. On an unrelated note, Megyn Kelly says something dumb, Assassin's Creed Odyssey is surprisingly good, and Red Dead 2 gets a companion app.
Kanye needs help, Trump gaslights, and white supremacists fight Antifa in New York... AKA a slow news week. In more exciting news, I officially begin my plans to move to Canada and I finally get back into the Assassin's Creed series. Also to my suprise, Titans isn't bad.
This week I get depressed over the all of the news regarding voter suppression and climate change but alls not lost because I just discovered Ash vs. The Evil Dead. Also noteworthy: Playstation made a lot of nerds happy recently.
Kavanaugh gets caught in lies, Trump gets exposed for tax fraud, but Republicans are in charge so everything is fine. In other news, The Evil Within is still terrifying 4 years later, and American Horror Story: Cult is accidentally hilarious.
Trump is fisting pumping on 9/11 and crushing it on ICE funding while Republicans hope for more tax cuts. Also noteworthy: Ronan Farrow puts more points on the board for MeToo. Not noteworthy: Marvel's Spiderman on PS4 is beyond amazing.
Andrew Gillum steps into the scene this week, Donald Trump blows off a war council, and Maria outdoes Katrina. Also noteworthy: Mr. Robot nears the finish line and Yakuza Kiwami 2 brings action-drama to new levels.
Paul Manafort is facing life, Cohen pleads guilty, but let's talk about immigrants and the Tooth Fairy! In the meantime, Madden 19 takes over my free time, but it looks like it's going to be Always Sunny in September, so it's okay.
Justice Democrats go 3/3 on Tuesday but Jeremy Ryan might be a Republican of the future (if we're lucky). In other news, the Catholic church makes me lose even more faith in humanity, Salt & Sanctuary makes me lose patience, and Marie Avgeropoulos might be going too far with the method acting. Also, I finally made a Patreon account!
This week I learn that “Make America Great Again” has a giant typo in it. Also notable this week? A Republican gets arrested, Smash Bros Ultimate surprises nerds, and Chris Rock dabbles in the mob life.
