Yes, this is actually the name of the place. There's even a skinwalker ranch right next to it! So why did it get that name? Well, obviously because of all of the skinwalkers that creep around there at night. Williamsburg; one of our nations first cities. Established in the 17th century, and with deaths dating back long before then it's no wonder there would be some ghostly activity here.
