How do you best define what culture means? It’s one of the most important things to evaluate when looking for a new job. But how do you define it? We spend a few minutes chatting about what culture means. Four things: Habits, Traditions, Beliefs, Respect.

We start talking about culture. It's fascinating what people value. Professional sports athletes provide a great example of this. It takes a lot of practice. Money and lifestyle is sometimes chased more than winning.

New year means new routines. And the most popular one is how many new folks are starting to go to the gym again. The simple thing about fitness is that while the fundamentals aren’t sexy, they just work.

First thing out of the gate in 2018, Davey got sick. He also hates losing all of the routines that he's worked so hard to build. And then somehow we start talking about the recent false missle alarm that went off in Hawaii.

We were off last week because of the holidays. We sync up the day after Christmas. Crystal presents an "empty box" concept that leads us to talk about mindfulness.

We discuss how much we hate networking events and come up with a few interesting ways to make it a bit more engaging. Plus, Davey hates the "What do you do?" question.
