Tru Skies revives Sword of SEGA for another round during RadioSEGA's 10th Birthday Celebrations. Wait, I think you mean 10 years of LiVE shows, Tru... While celebrating the wrong anniversary, we also take a whistlestop tour of the history of Sword of SEGA while analysing the contents of seasons 1 and 2 of the show!

Sword of SEGA has now reached the end of season 2, and to celebrate, we’ve got a bumper three hour special packed full of amazing battle themes and orchestral melodies from a whole range of non-SEGA Role Playing Games, past and present! Including fantastic games such as the Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda series, Lost Odyssey, Chrono Cross, Pokémon, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and more! Plus we’ve also reached the conclusion to our epic Sword of SEGA Role Playing Adventure. Let’s go out...

We're almost at the end of season 2 of Sword of SEGA, so we'll be taking a look back at all the amazing SEGA Role Playing Game music we've discovered and enjoyed throughout our adventure together, building up a playlist of the very best in SEGA RPG music. This week, Sword of SEGA is taking a break from SEGA RPGs (wait, what??) to celebrate those other amazing Role Playing Games released on SEGA consoles, including the likes of the Lunar series and Grandia series. Especially the Grandia series! The Random Hour joins Sword of SEGA this week as we have our very first guest host, foreversonic! Much like the Magic Box show of last season, we let Auto DJ run rampant and allowed fate to dictate the music, and well, we ended up with quite a nice selection indeed. Plus, we're taking a break from our Sword of SEGA Role Playing Adventure to visit the magical land of Brightondra! Whoo! Join Sword of SEGA as we avenge the death of our father in this epic Shenmue special! We'll be on the lookout for sailors (oh my!) as we relive our memories of Yokosuka and Hong Kong from the legendary Shenmue series and play some fantastic music, from in-game voice clips to Shenmue remixes. And maybe one day we'll get to talk about Shenmue 3, eh?

If you love the Shining series or consider yourself a Phantasy Star phan, then you're in for a treat this week on Sword of SEGA as we put both series head to head in a bumper three hour special!
