On this week's episode, we pay tribute to Ray Emery, and the fun guy he was. We discuss some of the recent contract signings, including Marc-Andre Fleury and Connor Hellebuyck. Tyler decides to go off on the Arizona Coyotes franchise, and the fact they still exist. We then finish in looking at how the Devils underperformed this offseason, and what the Habs should get in return for Max Pacioretty.
Wrapping Up the Silly Season
In this episode Thomas Biondo from Podcast Detroit's "In the Box" joins the show to discuss the events from the last few weeks of the NHL off-season. Thomas gives his piece on the Erik Karlsson saga, and how he could still fit in with Tampa. We also go into what to expect, right now, from the Metro Division. Then the two of us figure out which rules we would like the NHL to change.
Hitting and Dumping the Cap
In the aftermath of the NHL's opening of free agency, we look over some of the notable signings, and the pros and cons of them. We also look at the Ryan O'Reilly trade, and the speculations surrounding the possible (and inevitable) Erik Karlsson trade. Oh, and we also talk about John Tavares.
Going Back to Speech School
After the draft, it is time to get down to business with free agency. We debate the possible landing spots for John Tavares, and why the Leafs need to be aware if they make an honest attempt at him, or else Tyler will lose it. We run down the top available free agents and where they could end up signing.
Danglin' Towards Free Agency
In this episode we bring in our first ever guest, Steve Dangle! We talk with him about the Leafs' upcoming off-season, and what decisions Kyle Dubas has to make. We also discuss the Mike Hoffman trade(s) and what Montreal is thinking after the Max Domi trade.

Well the season is over. We look at the Cap's victory over the Knights. We look at how the two teams will fare in the near future. We also go over Oliver Ekman-Larsson resigning with the Coyotes, Ilya Kovalchuk's possible landing spots, and we begin talking about the Leafs' off-season.
Looking for Callouts
In this episode we look over the Stanley Cup Finals thus far, and preview Game 5 between the Caps and Knights. Tyler then discusses how Oliver Ekman-Larsson's probable contract could affect the dollar amounts for Drew Doughty and Erik Karlsson in the future. We then discuss the news out of the Island, and how Lou Lamoriello's methods are nothing new.
We dive deep into Game One of the Stanley Cup Finals with analysis of both teams, and what adjustments the Capitals have to make in Game Two. We review the Tom Wilson hit and why there were no repercussions. Also, why David Perron's bonehead decision will not get him suspended either. Then, Tyler finishes by listing the big names that will be at the NHL Scouting Combine this weekend.
Rating the Game
Things are getting intense as we discuss the departures of Lou Lamoriello and Mark Hunter, and what this means for Dubas. Tyler goes into why Vegas should no longer be considered a Cinderella Story, since they are going to win the Stanley Cup. Then, we get into a heated debate on the content (or lack thereof) of NBC's hockey coverage. Tyler, also gives us a Memorial Cup update, and Alex calls out wrestler Christopher Daniels.
Promoting the Playoffs
This week talk about the Leafs' hiring of Kyle Dubas, and the future of Lou Lamoriello with the Leafs. We go over the first two games of the Winnipeg/Vegas and Washington/Tampa series. We get into an argument of how to properly cut a wrestling promo, and Alex continues his 'Canes Crusade by discussing another candid quote from Tommy Dundon.
Sandwiched Between Rounds
After another topic regarding the Carolina Hurricanes, we talk about Washington getting over the hump by defeating Pittsburgh, and how Kuznetsov's celly left a bad taste in Tyler's mouth. After talking about Tampa whooping Boston, we set up Game 7 between Winnipeg and Smashville, and how both teams would stack up against Vegas.
