Faith & Love (Advent Week 2)

12/10/2024
This week Pastor Chris shares another Advent message about Faith & Love in our second week of Advent. These are some of the scriptures referenced: John 8:12-18 (NKJV) 12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” 13 The Pharisees therefore said to Him, “You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not [a]true.” 14 Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going. 15 You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one. 16 And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me. 17 It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true. 18 I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me.” Isaiah 9:2 (NKJV) 2 The people who walked in darkness Have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined. Isaiah 9:6 (NKJV) 6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. James 2:26 (NKJV) 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Ephesians 2:8-9 (NKJV) 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. James 2:23-26 (NKJV), Romans 3:10-12 (NKJV) Thank you for listening and join us next time for more great teaching from the Word. Tension In The Hope (Advent week 1)

12/3/2024
This week Pastor Peter shares a message with us about Hope, in the first week of the Advent series titled Tension in The Hope. These are the Scripture references from todays message: Romans 15:13 (NKJV) 3 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 5:3-5 (NKJV) 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV) 11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Thank you for listening and if you would like to make a donation towards this ministry. Dip & Be Cleansed

11/26/2024
This week we are having Baptisms, and the message is related to this with the title Dip & Be Cleansed with Pastor Travis. You can find some of the Scriptures from the message below: 2 Kings 5:1 (NKJV) 5. Now Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Syria, was a great and honorable man in the eyes of his master, because by him the Lord had given victory to Syria. He was also a mighty man of valor, but a leper. 2 Kings 5:2-5. (NLT) 2. At this time Aramean raiders had invaded the land of Israel, and among their captives was a young girl who had been given to Naaman’s wife as a maid. 3 One day the girl said to her mistress, “I wish my master would go to see the prophet in Samaria. He would heal him of his leprosy.” 4 So Naaman told the king what the young girl from Israel had said. 5 “Go and visit the prophet,” the king of Aram told him. “I will send a letter of introduction for you to take to the king of Israel.” So Naaman started out, carrying as gifts 750 pounds of silver, 150 pounds of gold, [a] and ten sets of clothing. 2 Kings 5:6-7 (NLT) (Read) 2 Kings 5:8-9 (NLT) 8. But when Elisha, the man of God, heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes in dismay, he sent this message to him: “Why are you so upset? Send Naaman to me, and he will learn that there is a true prophet here in Israel.” 9. So Naaman went with his horses and chariots and waited at the door of Elisha’s house. 2 Kings 5:10-11 (NLT) 10 But Elisha sent a messenger out to him with this message: “Go and wash yourself seven times in the Jordan River. Then your skin will be restored, and you will be healed of your leprosy.” 11 But Naaman became angry and stalked away. “I thought he would certainly come out to meet me!” he said. “I expected him to wave his hand over the leprosy and call on the name of the Lord his God and heal me! 2 Kings 5:12-16 (NLT), 1 Samuel 15:22. (NLT), 1 Peter 2:7-8 (NKJV), 1 Peter 2:7-8 (NKJV), Colossians 2:12-14 (NLT). Thank you for listening and please join us next time for more great teaching from the Word.

Who Do You Think You Are ? Pt.2

11/12/2024
This week Pastor Travis continues with his message series called Who do You Think You Are ? Pt. 2. These are some of the Scriptures from today's message. Ephesians 2:4 (NLT) 4 But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much Ephesians 2:8-10 (NLT) 8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Matthew 13:18-19 (NLT) 18 “Listen then to what the parable of the Sower means: 19 When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. Matthew 13:20-21. (NKJV) 20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. Exodus 4:10-17 (NLT) 10 But Moses pleaded with the Lord, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.” 11 Then the Lord asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say." 13 But Moses again pleaded, “Lord, please! Send anyone else.” 14 Then the Lord became angry with Moses. “All right,” he said. “What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he speaks well. And look! He is on his way to meet you now. He will be delighted to see you. 15 Talk to him and put the words in his mouth. I will be with both of you as you speak, and I will instruct you both in what to do. 16 Aaron will be your spokesman to the people. He will be your mouthpiece, and you will stand in the place of God for him, telling him what to say. 17 And take your shepherd’s staff with you, and use it to perform the miraculous signs I have shown you.” Matthew 13:22-24 (NLT), Proverbs 16:1 (NKJV), Hosea 10:12 (NLT), 2 Cor 5:17-21 (NKJV), John 15:16, John 15:19 (NKJV), Phil 1:27 (NLT), 1 Peter 2:9 (NLT), 2 Cor 10:8 (NLT), Luke 10:19 (NLT), 2 Cor 5:20-21 (NLT) Thank you for listening & Be Blessed until next time.

Who Do You Think You Are ?

11/5/2024
This week Pastor Travis shares a message with us titled Who do you think you are ? Here are some of the scriptures that were mentioned during the sermon. Ephesians 2: 1-10 (NLT) 2 Once you were dead because of your disobedience and your many sins. 2 You used to live in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil—the commander of the powers in the unseen world. [a] He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God. 3 All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature. By our very nature we were subject to God’s anger, just like everyone else. 4 But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, 5 that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) 6 For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. 7 So God can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all he has done for us who are united with Christ Jesus. 8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Luke 15:8-10 (NLT) Parable of the Lost Coin 8 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins [a] and loses one. Won’t she light a lamp and sweep the entire house and search carefully until she finds it? 9 And when she finds it, she will call in her friends and neighbors and say, ‘Rejoice with me because I have found my lost coin.’ 10 In the same way, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even one sinner repents.” 1 Peter 1:18-19 (NLT) 18 For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value. 19 It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (NKJV), Psalm 139:13-16 (NLT), 2 Corinthians 3:16-18 (NLT), 1 Corinthians 6:11 (NKJV). The Balanced Ministry of the Holy Spirit. (In the book of Ephesians) 1) the Spirit of Promise 2) the Spirit of Wisdom 3) the Spirit of Access 4) the Spirit of Indwelling 5) the Spirit of Revelation 6) the Spirit of Power 7) the Spirit of Unity 8) the Spirit of Feeling 9) the Spirit of Sealing 10) the Spirit of Fruitfulness 11) the Spirit of Fullness 12) the Spirit of Victory 13) the Spirit of Prayer Thank You for listening and Join us next time for more great teaching.

Canada Back to God Pt.5 (The Fall of Mankind & Redemption)

10/29/2024
This week Pastor Travis concludes the series Canada Back to God with Pt.5 These are some of the Scriptures referenced during the Sermon: Genesis 3:1 (NKJV) 3 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” Revelation 12:9 (NKJV) 9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Genesis 3:2-3 (NKJV) 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” Genesis 3:4-5 (KJV) 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. James 3:14-16 (NKJV) 14 But if you have bitter envy and [a] self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. 15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. 16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. This week Pastor Travis continues in the series Canada Back to God with Part 3. These are some of the Scriptures that were mentioned. Psalm 100:4 (NKJV) 4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. 1 Chronicles 16:4-6 (NKJV) 4. And he appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, to commemorate, to thank, and to praise the Lord God of Israel: 5 Asaph the chief, and next to him Zechariah, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, and Obed-Edom: Jeiel with stringed instruments and harps, but Asaph made music with cymbals; 6 Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests regularly blew the trumpets before the ark of the covenant of God. 1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV) 9. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; Psalm 67:5-7 (NKJV) 5 Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. 6 Then the earth shall [a] yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us. 7 God shall bless us, And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him. Romans 4:20-22 (NKJV) 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Read: Jonah 2:5-10 (NKJV), Acts 16:25-26 (NKJV), 1 Corinthians 10:10-11 (NKJV), Philippians 2:14-15 (NKJV), Romans 1:18-23 (NLT), 2 Timothy 3:1-5 (NKJV). Canada Back to God Pt.2

10/1/2024
This week Pastor Travis continues in the series called Canada Back to God with Pt.2. There is a video teaching for part of the service you will be able to hear the audio. BENEFITS OF KNOWING THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH OF THE BIBLE IT PRESERVES US FROM DECEPTION, PROTECTING US FROM BEING SWAYED BY THE WORLD. IT ALLOWS US TO DEFEND OUR FAITH AND SHARE IT WITH OTHERS. TRUTH IS THE POWER TO LIVE MORALLY, VICTORIOUSLY, AND WITH ETERNAL SECURITY. 1 Corinthians 15:3-9 (NLT) 3 I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. 4 He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said. 5 He was seen by Peter[a] and then by the Twelve. 6 After that, he was seen by more than 500 of his followers[b] at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have died. 7 Then he was seen by James and later by all the apostles. 8 Last of all, as though I had been born at the wrong time, I also saw him. 9 For I am the least of all the apostles. In fact, I’m not even worthy to be called an apostle after the way I persecuted God’s church. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NKJV) 16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for [a]instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. The most powerful evidence is shared Testimony. Psalm 1:2-3 2 But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. 3 They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do. Thank you for listening, have a blessed week until next time.

Canada Back to God Pt.1

9/24/2024
This week Pastor Travis starts a new series called Canada Back to God. We apologize for the confusion at the beginning of the message with the wrong video being used. We also have the testimony of our dear sister Marilyn. These are some of the scriptures that were used in this message: Genesis 11:6 (NLT) 6 “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them! Romans 12:2 (NKJV) 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Hebrews 1:1-2 (NKJV) 1 God, who [a] at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the [b] worlds; Matthew 13:23. (NLT) 23 The seed that fell on good soil represents those who truly hear and understand God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!” Hebrews 4:12-13 (NKJV) 12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. Matthew 13:33 (NLT) 33 Jesus also used this illustration: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough.” Matthew 4:4 (NKJV) 4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ” Thank you for listening and have a blessed week until next time.
