This Is The One True Way Of The Bible: Religion vs The Way

6/9/2023
The Bible is the foundation for over 40 thousand Christian denominations, not to mention many other sects from different religions. But do you know the one true way given to us through the Hebrew scriptures (more specifically the Bible)? Yes, there is only one way! not tens of thousands or even two ways. In this podcast episode, we look at the one true way of the bible. This is the way the Messiah told us to follow and the way that the Apostles followed. Hence, we must follow unto salvation as all other paths lead us to a different destination.

Justified By Faith Without The Deeds Of The Law: What Does This Mean?

6/6/2020
In Romans 2:28, the Apostle Paul said: Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. What does this mean? Does it mean that the law is now of no use to us? Does it mean that believing in the Messiah alone without obedience still makes us righteous? Or are we free to live in sin because "Jesus is our righteousness?" This episode looks at what it means to be justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Do We Have Free Will?

6/4/2020
Do we have free will, or do we have a fate that we just change? In this episode, we look at the question of free will from a scriptural perspective. Before you go, we must know that he created the wicked for the day of evil: Pro_16:4 YAHUAH hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. These are the vessels of wrath: Rom 9:22 What if YAHUAH, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And so an important thing to note about him is that he hardens whom he will, so as to achieve his will. Rom 9:18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. So there are exceptions whose free will are taken away from them and their hearts will be hardened. This is YAHUAH'S prerogative as the master potter: Rom 9:19-21 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against YAHUAH? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? So for the rest of us who have access to his mercy, do we have free will? We use precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little to unravel the mystery.

Does God Love Sinners?

5/13/2020
Does God Love Sinners? Does the Most High love the sinners and hate the sin as Christians claim? This episode looks into the claim by Christians that their God loves the sinners. He only hates the sins that they commit, so as long as you are a sinner, "God" loves you. This podcast looks at this claim as it pertains to the Aluahym of the Bible and see what scriptures have to say about it. Is the Book of Enoch Authentic?

5/11/2020
Is the Book of Enoch Authentic? The religion of Christianity has dominated the world and dominated what most believers accept as truth. When one comes into the understanding of its many, many shortcomings, one starts to question the validity of much of their claims. We here at Just a Word have dug into many of their teachings and found almost all to be wanting. We have included those in a category on our website called Christian Errors. By the way, this can be accessed through http://justaword.org/christian-error/. So since we found so many things wrong, one of them is that we should only use 66 books. This forms the basis of what we have in this podcast as we look at the authenticity of the book of Enoch. We will use a simple means of proving whether or not the book of Enoch is authentic. This we will do by looking at the 10 divisions of the times of the earth found in Enoch chapter 93.

How to Read the Bible and Grow in Understanding

5/6/2020
How to Read the Bible and Grow in Understanding? This is a response to a question by one of our group members who sent this message: "Quick question. I struggle with what to passage to read in the mornings. I'm reading the book of John right now. I started in Genesis and jumped over to John as I was looking for Scriptures that would minister to me in this beginning journey. I guess we were trained to feel something when we reading so now I feel so empty. I'm all over the place. Are there specific scriptures you can recommend? Thank you." She has recently come out of Christianity, understanding that the Bible is not about a religion, but about a nation and she is a member of that nation. This podcast looks to not only respond to her question, but also to give anyone else out there an understanding of how to read the Bible and grow daily in understanding. This is not my opinion, but actually what the scriptures say we should do. How do I read the Bible? Of course, there is no replacement for fearing YAHUAH and keeping his commandments and walking in obedience to the Messiah. Combine all, and you will grow quickly in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Recommended Download: e-Sword: Free Bible Study for the PC www.e-sword.net

Precept Upon Precept: How to Understand the Bible

5/3/2020
Precept upon precept: How to understand the Bible. In today's episode we look at how to properly interpret scripture. When we speak of scriptural truth or biblical truth, we are often met with the question, how do you know you have the truth? Indeed, everyone claims to have the truth, don't we? iThis includes the over 40,000 Christian denominations. What if I tell you that there is only one way to arrive at truth in the scriptures? Isa 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. Isa 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: If we realize how the scriptures are written, then we will get the understanding. The scriptures are written so as to be revealed spiritually to those who seek. That means one cannot just pick up the scriptures and study to get the understanding. Neither can one get the understanding unless the Most High allows us to. Then we must know that it is not written serially (in order) like a story book. It is written like a puzzle, and parts have to be fitted together. When we fit the pieces together, then we get to Bible truth. Otherwise what we will be doing is taking a verse and then giving our own private interpretation, and of course we: 2Pe_1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. So the importance of precepts: matching scriptures here, to scriptures there, is what we look at in this episode. When we do so, we will be surprised at what we learn!

Blindness in Part Has Happened to Israel (Romans 11:25) - What Does This Really Mean?

4/29/2020
In Romans 11:25, we have a very misunderstood, yet critical verse: Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. It is very critical as it foretells what will happen in the end time to Israel and the Gentiles. Yet, not many really dig to see who are true Israel. Are they those Jew-ish people who live in the place called Israel today? Aren't there people claiming that these are not the true Jews? What if these claims are right and these people are not the true Israel who were blinded? What if these Jewish people were those who blinded the true Israelites: as it is written: Rom_10:19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you. So today we put Romans 11:25 to the test to see what it really means.

God of Israel or God of the World?

4/28/2020
I grew up hearing about the God of the whole world. Now we are hearing from groups such as the Hebrew Israelites , that the Most High creator is the God of Israel only. Now that sure doesn't sound right now, does it? How could the creator of all mankind just be the God of only one nation of people? Why then would he bother to create the rest? Today, we look at this question, the god of Israel or the God of the world? We put it to the scriptural test to see who is right. Disclaimer: We apologize for using the word God, as the Most High is not God or a god. However, without using that name, this podcast would not show up in searches and create interest unless we use that title. His name is YAHUAH TSABA'OTH (of hosts).

Are Scattered Israelites the Only Gentiles That Can Be Saved? - Who Will Be Saved Part 3

5/31/2019
There is a common claim among our Hebrew Israelite brothers, that the Gentiles Sha'ul (Paul) went to in the New Testament were ONLY Hellenised Israelites. These are descendants of the 10 northern tribes who were living among the nations. Their point is that no other gentiles (heathen) can be saved: only those who are Israelites in the flesh who had been sent into exile. In this podcast, we look at this claim to try and decipher if this is so. PREVIOUS Who Will Be Saved? Can Edomites Be Saved? Who Will Be Saved Part 2

4/24/2019
WHO WILL BE SAVED? (PART 2) In this part 2, we look at the extreme opposite of that by looking at the question: can Edomites be saved? Of course, Edom refers to Esau, so Edomites are the descendants of Esau. In part 1, we looked at the question of whether it will be Israelites alone (the physical descendants of Jacob) who will be saved. CAN EDOMITES BE SAVED? Ask this question among Hebrew Israelites, almost all will say no: Esau is doomed, can find no forgiveness. This is because of the prophecies of Ovadyahu, more specifically, this verse: Obadiah 1:18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for YAHUAH hath spoken it. MERCY AND FAVOUR FOR A CONDEMNED NATION Unfortunately, we ignore other verses in the Bible that tell us even more than that verse in Ovadyahu. They tell us of his mercy and favour, even to the nation that has been condemned. Why do we never hear the Hebrew Israelites use these verses below? Jer 18:7 — Jer 18:10 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. Those verses in Yirmeyahu 18 speak volumes. PROVISION FOR STRANGERS TO JOIN THEMSELVES TO ISRAEL In part 1, we looked in detail at the provisions made for strangers to join themselves to Israel and even receive inheritance among the tribe in which they sojourn. This was necessary that we continue to do, as it is all over the Tanakh (Old Testament), but largely forgotten. Isa 56:6 — Isa 56:8 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to YAHUAH, to serve him, and to love the name of YAHUAH, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. YAHUAH ELOHIYM which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him. PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF MERCY TO THE CONDEMNED Next, we go into practical examples found in the Bible. We looked at two of them: the people of Ninevah in the story of Jonah and Rahab the Harlot from Jericho. RELATED Who Will Be Saved? Israelites Only? Who Will Be Saved? Israelites Only?

4/14/2019
Who will be saved? If you ask most persons who have read the Bible, he will most likely either say Christians will be saved or anyone can be saved. If you ask a Hebrew Israelite however, you are most likely to hear that only Israelites, descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel can be saved. As one who subscribes to no religion or religious order, and one who has no doubt he is an Israelite in the flesh, I will seek to dig into this matter to see who is right. I have long discovered the danger of adding a label to one's self and subscribing to a modern religious order. As such I have also realized that the whole truth is not in any denomination. Therefore this is the first part of a series that looks to dig up the truth as to who can be saved. This first episode in the series will focus on the Tanakh (old testament. This is because YAHUAH does nothing before first revealing it to his servants the prophets: those prophets who spake thus says YAHUAH. Amo 3:7 Surely YAHUAH ELOHIYM will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Additionally, the Tankah (scripture) was given for our learning and correction: 2Ti 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of YAHUAH, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of ELOHIYM may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. As a result, no teaching that we can conclude from the new testament can overrule prophecies and writings of the old testament. So listen this episode to see what scripture says about who can be saved. The Truth About Christianity Summed Up In One Word

4/4/2019
In this episode, we look at the one word that tells us what Christianity is all about. This one word explains the spirit that brought about the founding of the religion while at the same time explains why the world holds so dearly to it today. We will see how perfectly it fits Ecclesiastes 1:9-11. IT is important that we see the religion for what it truly is, as we are promised an end time delusion if we do not follow truth, but instead choose to follow a lie. This Sha'ul (Paul) called the mystery of iniquity. 2Th 2:7 — 2Th 2:12 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. So we have to know the truth because because if we choose the lie, we will be given a strong delusion where the lie will so look like the truth, that we will be unable to see the lie. We will swear by the lie and nothing can tell us that it is a lie. The only remedy? We MUST SEEK TRUTH! Hence, that is what we do today. Were the Apostles Christians?

3/16/2019
Were the Apostles Christians? This sounds like a simple question and without a doubt, most will say yes they were. However, the Apostle Sha'ul (Paul) made a declaration of faith that shows them following a different "way" from Christianity. Here is his declaration: Acts 24:14 (KJV) But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the Elohiym of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets: Act 24:14 (NIV) However, I admit that I worship the Elohiym of our fathers as a follower of the Way, which they call a sect. I believe everything that agrees with the Law and that is written in the Prophets, We see that he confessed to: Right away, we see a disparity between his declared beliefs and what Christianity teaches. Let us see these differences. Firstly, Christianity follows a religion, not "the Way." The word "the" is the definite article which implies one single way, not over 40,000 ways (denominations) of the Christian religion. Secondly, Christians generally worship Jesus Christ (in some shape or form), not YAHUAH only. The trinity is the core belief of Christianity, having Jesus Christ as co-equal to the Father. But the Apostles Sha'ul told us they believed otherwise: Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship YAHUAH in the spirit, and rejoice in Mashiach Yahusha, and have no confidence in the flesh. Thirdly, he confessed to believing everything written in the law and the prophets. Almost all of Christendom confesses that they believe that the law is done away with, or they only strive to keep the 10 commandments. Almost all do not believe all things written in the law according to the interpretation of the Apostles. So as we look towards the salvation of our souls, it is in our best interest to find out if the Apostles were indeed Christians. Did they follow the same faith that Christians followed today? Is Christianity the faith once delivered to the saints that Yahudah (Jude) spoke about here? Jud 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was ONCE DELIVERED unto the saints. Is your faith the one single faith of the Apostles and first century believers? This you must find out. If not, then a curse is threatening: Gal 1:6 — Gal 1:9 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the favour of Messiah unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Messiah. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Do you see that this is a serious topic? So listen to this episode and let's see if they were indeed Christians. The big positive from this? You will clearly see the faith once delivered to the saints and you will be edified as to changes you may need to make to take you on the road to salvation, towards the narrow gate that leads to life. A Famine of the Word: Who Will Experience It?

3/8/2019
In Amos 8, it speaks of a famine of the word. This is that time, when his presence is taken away, so that those who do not have his presence cannot understand the word. They will be looking at it but cannot fathom it, as the Holy Spirit of the Most High is not present to give discernment. Amo 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith YAHUAH ELOHIYM, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of YAHUAH: Amo 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of YAHUAH, and shall not find it. Now how do we know that this will happen in the end time? This verse below has still not been fulfilled. Amo 8:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith YAHUAH ELOHIYM, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day: And it matches this prophecy of the great tribulation: Mark 13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, So a time of great tribulation will characterize the end times, as without his presence, all the thoughts of the vast majority of mankind shall be evil continually. The question for us is, are WE going to face a famine of the word? How do we know who will be facing this famine? Finally, how can we ensure that we are among those who will be delivered (according to Daniel 12) and therefore not given to this famine? Listen to this episode and find out the answers to these questions and so much more. The Strong Delusion

3/3/2019
In 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12, it was prophesied that in the end time, a strong delusion will be given to this world to those who refuse to believe YAHUAH'S truth, but choose instead to believe a lie. This delusion is prophesied to be so strong, that it will damn those who are caught up in it. Let us look though at what delusion actually means: > "An idiosyncratic belief or impression maintained despite being contradicted by reality or rational argument." This deception will also cause those deceived to take the mark of the beast and to worship the image of the beast (Rev 19:20). I hope you see just what we are wrestling with in these end times, so this episode is therefore extremely important as we reveal (with strong biblical proof) exactly what that strong delusion is.
