How does one get into the family of God? We actually get in through adoption. but, when adopted, we have all the rights and privileges of a biological family member. Of course, we are not biological children of God but as adopted by the Spirit, it is as good as. Learn about the intimacy you have with God once adopted into His family at salvation.

The Holy Spirit is God's gift to the believer. Not only does He seal us till the day of redemption but He also desires to lead us through life. This is important because we have a sin nature that desires to do the same, lead us through life. That one never works out well. Learn what it means to be led by the Holy Spirit and what must take place before that leading can happen.

How man remember that song, "When I woke up this morning, you were on my mind?" That's love wouldn't you say. Well, loving God with all your mind was not only commanded by Jesus, but it is a test of real love. We love what we think about the most. Sometimes we need to be reoriented in our thinking about God. That's okay, as long as we come back after drifting away. Let's learn today what it really means to love God this way.

Did you know that your physical being is as much an important factor in your relationship with God as your heart, soul and mind are? Even the Apostle Paul said to "Present your bodies a living sacrifice to God..." This means there is a diligence required or an intentionality in our Christian walk. Let's not leave out this most important aspect of our spiritual life, the physical body.

Once you understand what it means to love God with all your heart, you are now ready to move to loving God with all your soul. The soul is that which relates to your environment. This part of loving God is a beautiful, practical kind of love. Get ready to enhance your love for HIm ands your walk with Him as you learn these things.

For love to be true love, your whole being must be in it. This is the beginning of a short series that explains what it looks like when you love God. It begins in the heart. What part does the heart play in love? This message will help you to understand it's role. At the end, you will have a better understanding of what it means to love God. That is one-fourth of the equation.

Someone wanted to know how to obtain eternal life. Jesus told the story of The Good Samaritan. That's because compassion is needed in every age and it goes to every person. Compassion is not selective. Listen closely and try o find your place in this story. Compassion is a basis for joy for the one who receives it and also the one who gives it.

If you gave ever struggled with something in life or maybe you are struggling right now, God has not forgotten you. Jesus always showed compassion on those who were hurting physically with illnesses, spiritually with demons and false teachers and emotionally by selfish leaders. Know that the Christian life is a compassionate life and even by your showing ompassion, you will also find what you need.

How big a part does showing compassion paly in your life? O are you a sympathetic person? Sympathy is a shared feeling with someone but compassion is a call to action from that sympathy. This is why Jesus spent so much time with sinners, because they needed His healing touch of compassion. Jesus showed compassion to all kinds of people and told stories about it as well. His greatest act of compassion can be seen as you visualize Him on the cross dying for your sins. Can you now take the compassion that He showed to you and show it to others?

The world is filled with various kingdoms. And those kingdoms are vying for control over each other. It happens internationally, nationally, socially and even personally when we seek to make our way the dominant way for others. But one day Jesus will come and crush every kingdom and establish His own. This is the basis for hope today as we look to what God is going to do tomorrow. If your present is not that good, hope for the future will make your present better.

The job of the ancient shepherd in Palestine was to feed, lead, care for and protect the sheep. He fought off predators and spent all of his time with them. Jesus comes on the scene and encourages us that He is the Good Shepherd who does the same for us as the shepherd does for the sheep. And Jesus went to the extent that He laid His life down for us sheep. This is what gives us hope for the future because by laying His life down, He atoned for our sins and opened ujp a way to Heaven for those who believe.

Sometimes life in the present can be very discouraging. We can find ourselves feeling like we are in a wilderness experience, dry, barren with no life. But the good news is, for the follower of Jesus Christ, there is hope. That's because with Him we have a very bright future. Jesus is the Promise of God and in that Promise many wonderful things wait for us. Don't be discouraged but listen carefully to see what you have in Christ.

God's economy is opposite the economy of this world. In this world, you keep by saving but with God you keep by losing and you lose by saving. What does this mean? Well, it an shape your eternal destiny if you get it wrong. Therefore, listen carefully so you can keep what you really want but learn how to keep it or you will lose it.

Jesus talks about these three important realities and the third one lasts forever. We would do well to understand the first two so our lives here on earth can be fulfilling and listen carefully to the last one so you life in the hereafter ca be joyous.

If there is one thing God wants from His people , it is that they would be honest and real in their walk with Him and others. Hypocrisy is far from the nature of God and is more like the nature of the devil. God knows all and sees all anyway, so there is no point in not being honest about ourselves or our dealings. Let's listen and learn.

The final destiny of the one who puts their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior is to reside in the Kingdom of God forever. But what is that kingdom like? Is it in Heaven? Is it here on the earth. Not only what is it like but where is it? Let's see what Jesus had to say about it. After all, it's His Kingdom. After hearing these things, do what you can to invite those who do not yet know Him to become citizens of this Kingdom.

People have all kinds of ideas about the devil, Satan. some even to the extent that he does not exist. but no one knows him like Jesus does. He created him. Experienced the devil's rebellion against God in Heaven and Jesus cast him down to the earth. He now gives us a "heads up" on who and what this demonic creature us. Pay close attention because he is the master of deception and he has deceived the whole world. Has he deceived you?

There are as many ideas of living as there are people. but if you think about it, the one who created life has the best idea about life. If more people listened to Jesus and His ideas about how to live, all lives would be better off. Listen carefully because we can all use a little improvement when it comese to living life.

How has it happened that our children are being subjected to gender reassignment? Is it the fault of the parents, the schools, the government or just the end of the age? Information is our friend and we need to be enlightened as to the dangers and repercussions as well as the permanent effects of gender reassignment. Let's take an honest and hard look at the reality of this trend and do what we cn to protect our children, teens and young adults from this deception.
