Tom suffered a very small stroke or TIA earlier in 2018 which inspired him to improve his already better-than-average diet. Along with co-host (and his wife), Donna, he embarked on a journey to a plant-based whole foods diet. We talk about what we eat, why we hold certain beliefs and how mainstream research is recognizing the benefits of this type of lifestyle.
